  • Cost. It is quite predictable that hiring a catering company can be expensive. The payment will include not only the food you ordered but also preparation, transportation and the services of the crew.
  • Strangers vs. guests. For corporate and huge events, people don’t mind strangers preparing and serving the food for them. However, this might be uncomfortable to people attending an intimate event. Having to mingle with strangers may not be the best idea.
